Commission-only sales rep

Pigfox LLC is looking for independent sales reps to sell its products and services. This is not an employee role. There is no base, no draw, and no leads are provided.

Commission

• 20% of net recurring revenue actually collected from accounts the rep closed, for the life of the account.
• Net means after refunds, chargebacks, discounts and payment processor fees.

When you get paid

• Paid monthly, within 15 days of month end, on cash collected the prior month.
• Refunds come back off the next payment.

Engagement

• 1099 independent contractor or Corp-to-Corp, the rep's choice.
• The rep covers their own taxes, expenses, tools and travel.
• A W-9 and an EIN are required before the first payment.

Accounts and ownership

• Pigfox LLC owns the customer, the contract, the data and the relationship.
• Accounts are assigned by a named-account list both sides agree to.

No authority to bind

Reps do not sign contracts, do not set or change pricing, and do not make feature or timeline commitments. All deals close on Pigfox LLC paper.

Ending the engagement

Either side may end the engagement with 30 days written notice.
