What this is: a reading of the description you give it, nothing more. It has not seen your systems, your volumes or your team. It will not quote a price or a timeline — those depend on things it cannot know, and a made-up number would be worse than none.
What it can and cannot tell you
- It reads a description, not a business. Leave a step out and it will leave that step out too. The report is only as good as what you wrote.
- “Partly” is usually the real answer. Most steps split into a mechanical half a machine can take and a judgment half it should not. That split is the useful part.
- No prices, no timelines, no product names. It has no basis for any of the three, so it does not offer them.
- It is not a decision. A step being automatable does not mean automating it is worth doing — that depends on how often it runs and what it costs you today.

- What counts as a workflow?
- Anything recurring that a person does by hand: order processing, invoice chasing, onboarding a new customer, compiling a weekly report, moving data between two systems that do not talk to each other.
- Do I need to describe it in a particular format?
- No. Plain sentences in the order things happen work best. Writing it the way you would explain it to a new hire is exactly right.
- Does it store what I write?
- Your description is sent to the model that reads it and is used to produce the report you get back. It is not published, and there is no account to sign into. See the privacy page for how that is handled and whose terms apply.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. It is capped at 3 reports per 30 days from one address so it cannot be run at scale, and there is nothing behind the cap to buy.
